If your plans include celebrating birthday, I recommend this place. Beautiful hotel, rooms are too expensive yet the location is stunning in the middle of jackson. The building is new, the room is absolutely stunning. Incredible and affable staff as one would expect. The ambiance is special...

The rooftop bar offers amazing views over the city and Table Mountain. The unique decor, with vibrant artwork and eclectic furnishings, gives the space a chic, contemporary vibe that stands out.
The furniture looks worn and could use an upgrade. It doesn't match the high nightly rates. Dinner service fell short, not meeting expectations for a five-star venue, with unremarkable food and a disinterested atmosphere that detracted from the experience. More attention to dining details could greatly enhance the stay.

Amazing stay with quirky charm!
We spent 2 nights here and totally loved it! The rooftop bar was awesome for drinks with killer views. Was like we were at a designer friend's place! Everything was comfy and stylish, but we did feel a bit out of place when the reception guy assumed we wouldn't spend much. Still, the food and vibe were worth the splurge!

Staying at this unique hotel was an experience! The fine rooftop lounge provided amazing views as we lounged and watched the vibrant tugboats at work below. Our family loved the spacious suite, and the art around really sparked joy for all of us.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities on-site.
